Crystal from Seattle shared her story saying, “I wanted to fix my posture as I have scoliosis, so I started wearing a corset, not only did I straighten my posture and fix some of the chronic pain- I like my shape so much more! It’s a win win.”

A waist trainer’s primary goal is to shape your body and flatten your stomach, but you can also use it to improve your posture as well. Wearing a waist trainer can help to straighten and realign your back while encouraging new posture habits. Given that they often feature metal bones within them, they reduce the instance of bending your back while relieving pressure on your spine at the same time.

What’s more, most waist trainers feature quite a high back section which means you’re able to naturally force your shoulders into an upright position while keeping your back straight at the same time. Over time, your bones and joints then grow accustomed to this position.

Then, when you remove the waist trainer permanently, your body will have adjusted to this new, healthier way of sitting.

Next we caught up with Melissa who had a function to attend and bought a beautiful evening gown. “I really just wanted to feel confident, like everything was in place. The waist trainer was the perfect asset to hold my tummy in and give me the hourglass figure I wanted to achieve.”

Picture your favorite outfit. Is a pair of worn-in jeans with a soft t-shirt? A fancy dress with crinoline underneath? Something black and sleeveless? No matter what your sense of style, there’s no denying that the best outfits are the ones we look and feel good wearing. It doesn’t matter how cute an outfit is – if it’s pinching your skin or riding up uncomfortably, you’re not going to have a good day. Corsets are known for looking great under wedding dresses and formal wear, and can be added to any outfit you want to feel confident in. Waist training before and afters can seem intimidating, but taking small steps like Melissa allows you to see results one day at a time!

Lastly, we talked with Sarah who used the sweat corset to prepare for a bikini competition. “I used the corset during my workouts to burn extra calories as well as tighten my waist and core, it helped shed two inches off my midline as well as pushed me through those tough exercise,” said Sarah.

You can enjoy your workout while waist training! When you use a waist trainer while exercising you will burn more calories and shape your body quickly and easily. Remember, you won’t get to where you want to be with excuses.

The type of corset Sarah uses is made of latex and is intended for exercises as it does not have wiring that can cause injury. The goal is this latex corset is to make you sweat while tightening, but to a lesser degree than a corset with wires would.
