Waist Training Schedule

Week One

This first day will give you an idea of how you will prioritize using the waist trainer in your day to day life.

Eventually begin to wear the trainer for four to six hours a day. We like to encourage users to include a cardio workout during these days, as well as monitor how you feel. Also, be sure to stay hydrated, you may be sweating more than usual.

Week Two

Your body should feel more comfortable in the waist trainer. The goal is to wear it for at least ten hours a day to get the results you want. Though everyone’s body is different, you will start to see a slight transition in your figure. The results will be incredible. Week Three and On

From the third week on it is best to wear the waist shaper for eight to ten hours a day for up to eight weeks. This will begin to train your body end get immediate results.
