If you have aspirations to lose weight then a trainer can allow you to see results even quicker by helping your body shift and change.

Many women incorporate waist trainers after pregnancy to help get their body back to a normal size. It is a simple way to tighten up your torso after it has been stretched for nine months.

Types of Trainers

To get started it is best to find the most effective waist trainer for your goals, as well as one that is high quality. Though it may be expensive now, it is worth it in the long run to invest in a sturdy waist trainer that will produce the best results and last you a long time.

It is important to understand the difference between the hooked corsets and a velcro waist trainer. They both have their own purpose and should be used to achieve your personal goals. Waist Training Schedule

Week One

It is best to wear it for two to three hours when you first get the waist trainer. This allows the material to be broken in and start to form to your specific figure. This also allows you to understand the comfort level for you and when you should be wearing it. You may feel more comfortable in the morning versus night, or after eating versus before. This first day will give you an idea of how you will prioritize using the waist trainer in your day to day life.

Eventually begin to wear the trainer for four to six hours a day. At this point your body will feel more accustomed to wearing the waist trainer and you will be able to tighten it more than you did the first time you put it on. We like to encourage users to include a cardio workout during these days, as well as monitor how you feel. Also, be sure to stay hydrated, you may be sweating more than usual.

Week Two

Your body should feel more comfortable in the waist trainer. The goal is to wear it for at least ten hours a day to get the results you want. Though everyone’s body is different, you will start to see a slight transition in your figure. The results will be incredible. At this point you should have a definitive idea of when you put it on and how your diet will adjust based on wearing the waist trainer.

Week Three and On

From the third week on it is best to wear the waist shaper for eight to ten hours a day for up to eight weeks. This will begin to train your body end get immediate results. From there, you can decide what works best for your day to day use and how the trainer effects you. Some people need more wear than others. It is important to remember that all bodies are different and you will need to find your sweet spot for wearing the waist trainer.

Though it can seem easy it does take time, you may see results quickly but true long term effects come with time and dedication to wearing the waist trainer.
